Account & Login ALL APPS

Having trouble signing in? Reset your password from the login screen. If it persists, email us with the address you signed up with.

HealthKit Not Syncing TREATYOURSELF

Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → TreatYourself and enable all permissions. Then open the app and pull-to-refresh on home.

Hype & Cool Not Updating STITCHSOCIAL

Engagement counts sync in real-time. If your tier didn’t update, force-quit and reopen the app — tier recalcs run on session start.

Subscriptions & Billing ALL APPS

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

Delete My Account ALL APPS

Profile → Delete Account inside either app. Permanent — cannot be undone. All associated data is removed.
